Interpreting the Renaissance floor plan to the complexity of the Diagram Box
In this presentation the floorplan of a Palladian Villa is going to be used as an example of an ideal structure that can be used as a map for further interpretations thus creating an aleatoric score that can be read in various ways. The Diagram Box is a functional idea for such processes that I developed in my PhD Thesis concerning the Total Work of Art with the Use of New Technologies. Examples of my compositional work that support this theory is going to be analyzed focusing on the multi-dimensional hanging-garden architectural scheme of my compositional work Stamina.
